How do I request a stay?
Start with a short inquiry for your dates and dogs. Cindi follows up about availability and a private introduction. Detailed care information and records come next, before a stay is accepted. An inquiry does not reserve a space.
How do you keep stays personal?
We limit the number of dogs staying with us to preserve a comfortable, personal environment for every guest. Cindi confirms availability and suitability personally.
Where will my dog spend the day?
Dogs interact and play with other visiting dogs, with access to the home and a half-acre fenced area. Outdoor features include play areas, a small pool deck, platforms and different surfaces to explore.
What if my dog needs a break from other dogs?
Several separate enclosed areas and private play spaces allow dogs to have their own space. Discuss your dog’s experience with other dogs and individual needs during the private introduction.
Where will my dog sleep?
Dogs generally have the freedom to choose a sleeping spot. Different arrangements can be made when needed or preferred by you or your dog. Discuss your dog’s sleep routine with Cindi before the stay.
Can we meet you and see the setting first?
Yes. During a private welcome and introduction, Cindi shows you and your dogs around and introduces you to Tonka, her husky training partner and the only resident dog at the house. Contact Cindi to arrange your visit.
Is training included in boarding?
Boarding includes the home-style stay and opportunities to explore and interact. A dedicated training program is arranged separately through board & train.
Can we discuss supervision and updates?
Yes. Talk with Cindi before booking about supervision arrangements and how you would like to hear about your dog during the stay. Confirm those details together during your private introduction.
How much is boarding?
Boarding is $65 per night, per dog. A Friday afternoon arrival and Sunday morning departure is two nights: $130 per dog before agreed extras.
What are check-in and check-out hours?
Check-in is 2–5 p.m. and check-out is 8–11 a.m., by appointment. All times are Eastern.
Can I arrive early or collect my dog later?
With advance approval and availability, early arrival from 8–11 a.m. costs $30. Departure after 11 a.m. through 5 p.m. costs $30. After 5 p.m., an additional $65 night normally replaces the late-departure fee, with pickup the next morning.
When is a deposit required?
A 50% deposit is due when a stay is accepted for seven nights or more, or at least two nights over a designated major holiday period. Shorter non-holiday stays do not require a deposit. Cindi confirms the holiday dates, total, and payment arrangements.
What is the cancellation policy?
Required deposits are refundable when cancellation is at least 48 hours before the scheduled stay. Within 48 hours, the deposit is normally nonrefundable. If a referred replacement client books the vacated slot, Cindi can review a refund after verifying the replacement.
What records should I have ready?
Prepare vaccination information, negative fecal-test information, veterinary and emergency contacts, and meet-and-greet status. Cindi reviews current requirements and readiness before boarding. The intake form records the status of your documents; it does not upload files or collect signatures.
What should I bring?
Plan to discuss your dog’s usual food, feeding instructions, any medications and their written directions, and comfort items with Cindi. Confirm the final packing list before arrival.
How do private training and board & train work?
Private sessions are $50 per hour. A second dog trained at the same time receives 50% off the additional dog’s rate. Board & train is $75–$250 per day, with the program and rate agreed during a complimentary consultation.
Can you help a newly adopted dog settle in?
Yes. Contact Cindi about your dog’s new home, routines, and the challenges you’re seeing. TrainQuick’s approach emphasizes patience, consistency, and understanding each dog.
How do I change an existing request?
Reply to your TrainQuick email or contact Cindi with your reference number and the changes you need. Dates and cancellations are reviewed personally; the website does not provide a self-service client account yet.
