GET ON TRACK WITH TRAINQUICK
Welcome, new clients
A little preparation makes for a better first visit.

BEFORE WE MEET
Let’s make sure
it’s a good fit.
Start with a short inquiry, then arrange a private welcome and introduction. Cindi will show you and your dogs around and introduce Tonka, her husky training partner and the only resident dog. Talk openly about your dog’s personality and needs. Detailed care information comes next, before a stay is accepted.
- Vaccination and negative fecal-test information
- Veterinary and emergency contact details
- Feeding, medication, and sleep routines
- Temperament, triggers, and bite or escape history
- Meet-and-greet status and any questions
Gather these details for the care-intake step; you do not need them all to make your first inquiry. Cindi confirms requirements and document collection directly.
YOUR DOG’S NEXT STAY
Tell us about your dog.
We’ll take it from there.
Every stay starts with a request and a conversation. Submitting the form does not automatically confirm a reservation.
